Layouts speaks louder than words. KSJSJSS JK. Getting hyped for haikyuu 2nd cour tbh :333. It's one of my favorite matches and I can't stop rereading it in the manga. This was a collab hosted by @keigojrnls with the hashtag #faveanimefightscene . Tried doing a no words type of spread??? This was one of the most challenging ones I did because layouting really takes time. I didn't print it and edit it an app. All the pictured used were hand cut and placed with glue JSJSJSJS. Layouting is really fun tho just time consuming. Might do more future spreads like this!!! Hope you liked this one because I tried doing the card concept of the teams :00. Sep 30 ◇ A strong, black coffee to wake you up after a bad night's sleep could impair control of blood sugar levels, according to a new study. Scientists from the University of Bath show that whilst one night of poor sleep has limited impact on our metabolism, drinking coffee as a way to perk you up from a slumber can have a negative effect on blood glucose (sugar ) control. Their findings highlight that one night of disrupted sleep did not worsen participants' blood glucose/insulin responses at breakfast, when compared to a normal night's sleep. However, strong black coffee consumed before breakfast substantially increased the blood glucose response to breakfast by around 50%. Although population-level surveys indicate that coffee may be linked to good health, past research has previously demonstrated that caffeine has the potential to cause insulin resistance. {LOOONG DAY} I will not let stress get the best of me! So I did some TLC for my under eyes because I’m in the no sleep club 😴 These pillow masks have algae and seaweed in them. The masks are meant to de-puff the eyes and act as a brightener. They felt really awesome especially because I got no sleep and had a full day of zoom meetings and work 🤗 We’re busy around here! Welp, -I have Multiple Sclerosis -the left side of my body is weak -After 5 miles my left leg drags -I only have feeling in 3 fingers on my left hand -I’m always in pain - I have 5 children (all home schooled ) in this pandemic -I am divorced - I work Full time - I’m a Full time Student at GSU - I am an entrepreneur -I am lucky to get 5 hours of sleep With all that I don’t complain and I wouldn’t change shit about my life, So PLEASE miss me with all the excuses, we all have obstacles and life ain’t always sweet but we have the same 24 hours and we can make time for what we want.
