Yeah. It works. This is the end of my mass building kettlebell program. Dont expect to be shredded if you want to build muscle but theres no reason to be "bulking " just to add a bunch of fat. And it will be available in one week. Simple, fun and with the right nutritional intake youll build muscle without putting too much fat on. Im up to 221lbs from 214 and only added a couple mm to my abdominal skinfold pinch. Great program for a big back, big glutes, developed quads and shoulders. All with only using kettlebells. Yes. 90/90 Lunge to Single Leg Hip Hinge. Booty, Balance, and Core. I like to do this move anywhere. Like at the top of the hill on my hike. I also do it in the kitchen and standing on line at the grocery! Yeah, people see me and are curious about what the hell I’m doing 😳 Starting in a 90/90 lunge - front leg and back leg are attempting to be at 90 degrees of hip and knee flexion. Go as deep as you feel comfortable. Press up to a single leg balance with the back leg in dancers “attitude” (leg extended in externally rotated position ) reach your arm to the sky. Hinge forward on the standing leg hip. Keeping your spine in neutral. Hinge back up to single leg balance attitude then step the leg back into your 90/90 lunge. 🔥🔥
